Professor Li hosts 46th CLTAC Speech Contest Award Ceremony

Professor Chris Wen-chao Li of the Chinese Program served as master of ceremony of the award ceremony of the Chinese Language Association of California's 46th Annual Chinese Speech Contest on April 23, attended by some 240 students from 30+ schools all over the state of California.
