MLL Statement in Support of Multilingualism

The faculty and staff of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at SF State are committed to supporting our diverse student body during these uncertain times. We want to ensure that all our students can learn and thrive in an inclusive and safe environment where they can use their voices in different languages. We will defend their right to express themselves in any language they choose to. Everyone in MLL --- students, faculty, and staff alike --- celebrates the virtue of multilingualism and we invite the SFSU campus community to join us in our efforts.
